# Manage Squad ## Squad User Roles **Using the SendingMe Mobile App** **Using the SendingMe Web App** **Roles & Permission Section**: You may search for roles and click "create". Or you may also click the 3 dots on the right beside the number of members. Once clicked, an option to "edit role" or "delete role" will appear. You may click which action you prefer.

If you prefer to click "Edit Role" a new section will appear at the right side of the page. * The Display tab will allow you to customize the role of the user. You may change the name of the role such as admin, host, customer service, moderator and others.

Permission Tab - This will allow you to set specific limitations on what can be adjusted or accessed by the admin or the user you assign with the role.

**Member's tab** - is where you may choose on who to assign the role.

**Transfer ownership** - allows you to transfer the ownership of your squad ro another user listed on the right side of the screen.

**Banned list** - is where you can see the list of those users who are not compliant with the rules.

**Delete squad** - This requires the squad name before you can select the “delete” option.
